Shipping & Returns

   

  Standard UK Free Delivery 

 

It's pretty simple, if you place your Order before 3pm Monday to Friday, we'll endeavour to deliver using our next day delivery service if available or we will deliver it by 6pm within 2 working days. You will need to sign for your delivery, so we'll send you a tracking link for your order, with the option of swapping the delivery date if needs be. Please note that orders placed are delivered on the the next working day. At this time we are unable to deliver at weekends. All weekend orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days. We apologise for any inconvienience this may cause.

Please allow a further 1-2 working days for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

We will always show you the best delivery options based on your product choice and delivery address. Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. We send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order.

For most orders, if you provide us with a mobile number we'll send you a text message letting you know when to expect your delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you can arrange to collect from your local Post Office, deliver to a neighbour or redeliver the next available day.

Delivery information

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered can be delivered. You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered and must highlight any issues upon receipt with the carrier. The agent will direct all queries at this stage to Lamonte London who will agree a means of resolving the issues that are presented at this time.

Change of address on order once placed 

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address.

Packaging 

Most orders are shipped in a bespoke box with Lamonte’s signature logo on the outside. 

Signing for orders 

Our carriers will require a signature when they deliver your parcel. All parcels will be delivered by our partner delivery company and will require a signature on delivery. Please note that delivery of your Order may take longer during sale or other busy periods, but you will be notified if this is the case.

Returns                                                        

Returning a lamontelondon.com order is easy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery or collection – provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. 

Please note this information applies to online orders only. We provide a collection service point for most products, they can be returned via our complimentary courier service returns by dropping it off at one of a number of locations including Sainsbury's Stores. 

Return by post

Returning your items by post is a simple process. 

Step 1 - Contact Lamonte and Request Return

  • You will be sent the returns label which must be affixed to the packaging of your item – if you are returning several items in different parcels, you will need a separate label for each parcel being returned 
  • Inform us of the quantity you want to return and the reason for returning the item  
  • Print the label off and attach it to the outside of your parcel 
  • It is important that you use the returns label and that we receive your parcel within 28 days of you having originally received the item so that we can identify your order and process your refund 

Step 2 - Post your parcel

Take your parcel to the nearest collection point and drop it with staff. A pick up will be arranged 

Complimentary Courier Returns
