SSJA Group Ltd trade as Lamonte London and all information, content and IP belongs to the company. Some of the information below might be a little technical but it's important that you read and understand what follows because it explains how SSJA Group Ltd’s brand Lamonte London will collect and use your personal information. We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

How does Lamonte London collect your personal information?

Information that we collect

We collect the minimum of information, which is required only for GPS tracking. Such as: Username and password are used to authorise and identify our users. Our user’s passwords are irreversibly mixed before being stored in our database. We do not gather simple text passwords; E-mail addresses is only used for informing Lamonte London users of our company changes in service and for resetting passwords; GPS location data which is sent by yours GPS device or your mobile device when you use tracking software.  

We pass on the following data: your GPS coordinates, speed, altitude, heading, current time, various sensor parameters. We do not pass on your phone contact lists or data stored on your mobile device.

Security of Collected Information 

Your data which you provide to Lamonte London is stored on secure servers. Our company have taken further actions to prevent unauthorized access to your data, including running firewall software and keeping our servers up-to-date with security patches. We use your email address to contact you with regard to your account, such as to communicate that it is about to expire or to confirm any change to your phone number, and to respond to any inquiry you submit via our website or by email. 

As a customer of Lamonte London, you may also create a username and password, which we store in our database, for the purpose of you logging into your account via the App or website link provided to you by us. In some cases, the usernames and / or passwords may be generated for you automatically on your wireless device, and cannot be altered.

You also have the option of providing us with your home and work addresses (to the extent they differ from your billing address), which we store in our database, to enable you to access other features on the Lamonte London service. 

Information Related to Your Location and Route 

Each time you access the Lamonte London service, we periodically receive and record your current location from the GPS hardware associated within your bag. All location data submitted to us will remain the sole property of you to the full extent provided by law. Lamonte London will not use the location data for any purpose other than to provide the Service to you and for statistical reporting purposes. How can I unsubscribe?

Please note that in relation to our CRM (Customer Relations Management) system, you can ask a team member to update your preferences (e.g. you can specify that you are happy for us to send you e-receipts, but that you would prefer not to be included on our marketing mailing list, or vice versa). However, should you wish for your details to be removed from our CRM system completely, then you will need to contact our customer services using the contact details above.
